I think all of us have the same kind of issues; dark corners without much light inside our unit or house. It is a no brainer that some plants will absolutely hate it and start to drop or die! From personal experience, I can suggest some plants that would be doing alright for these areas.
Just keep in mind that they will do OK but they will not "thrive". On the long term you might want to purchase a grow light to give them a better boost.
