Politique d'expédition

Jungle Africa provide a after sale service for all the purchased products.

Our plants are sent through the Australia Post for small or medium parcel and Aramex for big parcel (from 1m tall box)

Tracking number is provided as soon as the product is sent through the mail. Ensure that you are also tracking your parcel and be aware of the delivery time and date.

The postage is made on each Mondays to assure that the product have less time in transit and don't get deteriorate during the process.  If it is a big order, please allowed 2 to 3 working days for us to pack your order.


Orders to New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Northern Territory and Australian Capital Territory.

Our shipping prices will depend on the weight and the size of your order and are provided directly from Australia Post and Aramex. The shipping rates for your parcel are available at checkout. We do not charge any shipping fees in addition to those provided by these 2 provider.


Orders to Tasmania

Due to strict Bio Security laws, we are unable to ship to this location.


Jungle Africa will not be responsible for:

  • The damage of your plant if not collected in time at the delivery locations.
  • Customer is responsible to have someone to reception your plants.
  • Will not take responsibility if incorrect delivery details are supplied.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you find that you will not be able to get your plants on the day of delivery, please email us and we will attempt to correct the delivery, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Jungle Africa ensure that all the plants are well packed and we do our best to satisfied our customers.
