Jungle Africa provide an after sale service for all the purchased products.

Tracking number is provided as soon as the product is sent through the mail. Ensure that you are also tracking your parcel and be aware of the delivery time and date.

Australia & Tasmania

We aim to post your order within 1–2 business days of purchase, depending on the size of the order and the time it was placed.

Please note that some of our handmade items are made to order and may take 2–3 weeks to create, depending on the availability of materials. You will receive an email after placing your order with an estimated processing time. If there are any delays due to material stock or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll get in touch via email to keep you informed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of items and your delivery location.

New Zealand

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed, depending on the size of the order and the time it was received.

Please note that some of our pieces are handmade to order and may take up to 2–3 weeks to process, depending on the availability of materials. You will be notified via email with an estimated timeframe, and we will keep you informed of any delays.

World Wide

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase, depending on the size of the order and the time it was placed.

Please note that some items are handmade to order, and may require up to 2–3 weeks to be prepared, depending on material availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with the estimated processing time. If there are any delays, we will notify you by email.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the number of items and your delivery location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard International: 27+ business days (after dispatch)

  • International Express: 5–9 business days (after dispatch)


If you want extra Cover for your order, please contact us so we will make arrangements.


Jungle Africa will not be responsible for:

  • Customer is responsible to have someone to reception your parcel.
  • Will not take responsibility if incorrect delivery details are supplied.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
