Jungle Africa provide an after sale service for all the purchased products.

Tracking number is provided as soon as the product is sent through the mail. Ensure that you are also tracking your parcel and be aware of the delivery time and date.

Australia & Tasmania
The postage is made between 1 or 2 days following the order. Depending on the size of the order and the time the order was made.

Our shipping prices will depend on the amount of items and the shipping rates for your parcel are available directly at checkout.

Delivery time estimated : 5 - 8 business days

Warning: We are unable to send fertiliser or organic products to Tasmania. 

 

New Zealand

Jungle Africa will not be responsible for:

  • Customer is responsible to have someone to reception your parcel.
  • Will not take responsibility if incorrect delivery details are supplied.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
