Every piece of Jungle Africa jewellery is handmade with care and crafted using a range of high-quality materials, from freshwater pearls and crystals to stainless steel, silver, shells, seed beads, and more. To keep your pieces looking beautiful for years to come, here are a few tips:


  • 🌿 How to Care for Your Jewellery

    • Avoid water & harsh chemicals
      Remove your jewellery before swimming, showering, or using cleaning products. Water and chemicals can weaken elastic threads, dull metal finishes, or damage delicate beads.

    • Store it with love
      Keep your jewellery in a dry, clean place, ideally in a soft pouch or box. This helps avoid scratches and tangles, and protects it from humidity.

    • Handle gently
      Handmade items are delicate. Please handle with care, especially those made with fine beads, shells, or charms.

    • Polish when needed
      Use a soft cloth to gently wipe silver or stainless steel pieces. For gold-plated items, a dry microfiber cloth is best, avoid rubbing too hard to preserve the finish.

    • Avoid perfume & lotions
      Apply perfume, lotion or spray before putting on your jewellery. This helps preserve shine and reduces the chance of discolouration.

    Pearls, shells, and other natural elements are beautifully unique, no two are ever quite the same. Small variations in colour or shape are normal and part of what makes each piece special.
