We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags still attached

  • In its original packaging
    You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase (such as your receipt or order confirmation).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalised items (e.g. special orders)

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@jungleafrica.shop.
